– [ ] You must make a deposit of 50% of your quote for your security and ours by bank or zelle, or failing that make it directly at the restaurant.
– [ ] In order to guarantee your event, the deposit must have been received by VarasGrillTX, the remaining balance will be charged at the beginning of the event.
– [ ] Once we receive the confirmation of the deposit we will proceed with your date reservation, this document is the only valid way that your reservation is completed for the date of your event.
Cancellation of Contract or Event
– [ ] 15 days notice will be refunded the deposit.
– [ ] 1 week in advance will be charged 25% of the total contract amount.
– [ ] Less than 1 week in advance, 50% of the total amount of the contract will be charged.
Final Guest Count
A final guest count result, the client is responsible for the amount of guests, (make sure how many guests will come to your meeting so they are happy to be with you).
VarasGrillTx will provide the necessary amount of food for the number of guests listed on the contract. We are not responsible if the food does not cover all of your guests or exceeds the contracted amount.

- Each dish includes 1/2 pound of meat with its accompaniments, which will be established by prior agreement with the restaurant, so that you can choose them.

We do not include:
* We do not include drinks
* For your date you must pay 50% of your quotation.
* The amount of your quotation depends on the number of people you require.
* The duration of the catering is between 3 to 5 hours depending on the number of dishes to be served.
* Additional time will have an additional cost (previous agreement at the moment of accepting the quotation).
* If you require to change or add a companion, an additional cost will be incurred.
* The remaining 50% of your quote must be paid upon arrival at the event.

Catering service on the day of the event.
– Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, VarasGrillTX will provide 2 to 4 hours of service and 1 hour of meat preparation depending on the number of dishes contracted, any additional hours will be under previous agreement.
– Customer is responsible for ensuring that a reasonably safe, well-lit area and ample space will be available and accessible to VarasGrillTX personnel.
